  • STL Royal Limousine & Black Car Service accepts cash and most major credit cards, including American Express, MasterCard, and Visa.
  • In addition to transport fees, all out of pocket expenses, including but not limited to two-way tolls, parking, and airport fees, will be added to the customer’s total bill.


STL Royal Limo reserves the right to use a preferred vendor if its own vehicles are unavailable.

STL Royal Limo reserves the right to add extra charges for repair or cleaning whenever such services are required as a result of customer use or abuse.

STL Royal Limo is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, such as weather conditions, road conditions, or vehicle breakdowns.

STL Royal Limo assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged articles left in or nearby our vehicles.


For airport pickups, STL Royal limo allows a grace period of 30 minutes from the reported arrival time of domestic flights and a grace period of 45 minutes from the reported arrival time of international flights.

For airport departures, STL Royal limo  allows a grace period of 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. After 15 minutes, waiting time is considered retroactive to the scheduled departure time. Waiting time charges are assessed hourly.

For both arrivals and departures, a waiting charge of $15 will be assessed for every 15 minutes a chauffeur is kept waiting after the grace period in question has expired.

Passenger-requested stops or deviations from route during a flat-rate trip will be charged STL Royal limo’s prevailing hourly rate.

For all domestic schedules pickup 15 minutes grace period are applied  After the 15 minutes grace we will begin charging by hourly service depending on the vehicle type you choose during your reservation.


A no-show fee equal to trip cost plus applicable waiting time will be charged if the passenger fails to appear at the designated location. To avoid this charge, passengers should not leave designated locations without first notifying STL Royal limo Dispatch.

We are not responsible for any delay flight or cancelled. we will consider it as a no show. you can reschedule pick up by simply book a new reservation. 


A round trip must be canceled as 2 separate reservations. Cancellation of any car selection within 48 hours of scheduled pickup will result in a charge equal in price to the cancelled trip fare.


STL Royal limo  bills a 30% surcharge for services scheduled between 10:00 PM and 6:00AM(Central Standard Time).

STL Royal limo bills a 30% surcharge for services scheduled on Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, and after 5:00PM on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
